Checks and money orders should be made payable to Black Oak Workshop.
For locations within the United States. we use the United States Postal Service. The majority of packages ship utilizing First Class Package Service which typically takes 3-5 days. For orders with a weight greater than 12 Oz, we may use the USPS Priority Mail option.
We ship to locations outside the United States via United States Postal Service. We use First-Class Package International Service.
Time to Ship
All shipments are prepared and ready to ship within 48 hours of the order being received. Once prepared, orders are shipped the next day that the United States Postal Service is open for business.
We work hard to make great game loot for our customers! However, if for some reason you are not happy with a product, we will try our best to resolve the situation. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The following applies to all returns:
The item must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
The item must be in its original packaging, unopened.
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to request a Return Merchandise Number. which must be included in the return shipment.
You are responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to an error on our end, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS First Class Service rate) after the item has been received.
We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that was never received by Black Oak Workshop.
All that said, most of the issues our customers have are with products that have a cosmetic defect. We miss some of these when fulfilling orders and will be glad to get you a replacement out the door ASAP.

Why do your dice cost more than some other dice?
We produce dice in smaller runs than the larger companies that operate in this market, so our per unit cost is higher. Also, our dice are bathed in dragon sweat prior to shipping which is really expensive.
